Rising from the urban fabric of Riyadh, City Hotel is shaped by a fluid architectural gesture that transforms a contemporary hospitality tower into a recognizable city landmark. Housing 170 guest rooms, 20 suites, and a range of hospitality amenities, the design combines architectural expression with an efficient spatial organization that responds to the energy of its metropolitan setting.
The building is wrapped by a flowing perforated façade that softens the glass tower while creating depth, shade, and a constantly changing play of light throughout the day. Extending seamlessly to the ground, the architectural skin frames a dramatic entrance experience that defines the hotel's identity. Behind this expressive layer, expansive glazing maximizes daylight and opens panoramic views across the city.
Flexible multipurpose spaces support both business and leisure, while the rooftop terrace offers guests an elevated destination overlooking the Riyadh skyline. Every hospitality space is carefully positioned to enhance comfort, connectivity, and the experience of the surrounding city.
