The architecture is characterized by expansive glass façades that maximize natural daylight and establish a strong visual connection between the interior and the surrounding city. A perforated screen inspired by traditional Arabic patterns forms the building's defining feature, filtering sunlight, enhancing privacy, and creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow throughout the day. This contemporary interpretation of regional design enriches the façade while contributing to the building's environmental performance.
A generous double-height lobby welcomes visitors with natural stone flooring, warm timber finishes, and a sculptural mezzanine overlooking the entrance space, creating an atmosphere of openness and sophistication.
