Concept has been made based on super-positioning the cube shape of each apartment , having a enormous patio in the middle. Mixed use function, offices, retail stores, ballrooms, and hotel apartment, with variety of room type, each room has enormous balcony with beautiful view on Abuja city, having swimming pool in the middle of the building to allow the residence from inside to have a nice view.
The orientation was done to give each apartment it’s own view without any blockage, but for the commercial part of the building we keep it simple, clean and net.
Including 8 paint house at the top flat, to give the best experience for the elite residence.
