The architecture is defined by expansive glass façades that establish transparency and invite natural daylight deep into the building. This openness strengthens the relationship between the commercial spaces and the surrounding streetscape, creating an engaging retail experience while expressing the building's contemporary character.
The office levels are designed to provide a greater degree of privacy without compromising openness. Architectural screening and layered façade elements filter daylight, reduce solar heat gain, and create comfortable working environments while preserving outward views.
