Vertical Compound reinterprets the traditional neighborhood as a vertical community, introducing shared terraces, private outdoor spaces, and integrated greenery to create a connected residential experience. Located on Al-Malek Fahd Street in Riyadh, the project balances social interaction with individual privacy through a contemporary architectural approach.
The tower is defined by stacked terraces that extend living spaces outdoors, creating elevated gardens, gathering areas, and private retreats. Open communal terraces and enclosed balconies with operable tempered glass offer residents the flexibility to enjoy either openness or complete privacy, while integrated landscaping softens the architecture and enhances environmental performance.
Conceived as a neighborhood in the sky, the project encourages community through shared outdoor spaces while preserving quiet moments of retreat within private terraces. By combining nature, flexibility, and human-centered design, Vertical Compound redefines high-rise living with a stronger sense of connection and well-being.
