concept of a horizontal neighborhood to be vertical, The main identity of the project lies mainly in recurring terraces
that share living spaces without closure, to nourish the social spirit among the compound’s residents, Another section
is designed with closed terraces to maintain privacy as per preference in that regard, tempered glass with the ability
to open or close it in a manner that preserves privacy. A main factor of the project is the green elements along the
compound to constitute healthy, aesthetic and environmental spaces.
